Services and Quotations

All quotations provided by Studios Design Grp are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Studios Design Grp. Prices may be subject to change if project scope is altered after acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a project at our discretion. Final designs and deliverables will be provided only after full payment clearance.

Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence any interior design project. The remaining balance must be settled before final handover of designs, 3D renders, or material procurement. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges and delay project progress. All fees are exclusive of taxes and third-party vendor costs unless specified.

Limitation of Liability

Studios Design Grp strives to deliver high quality design services but is not responsible for delays caused by clients, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results or timelines affected by external factors. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals and permits for execution.
